LP Series
Liquid Dispensers
The Jesco LP Series Fluid dispensers are air driven, single acting, adjustable stroke, positive displacement piston metering dispensers, specifically designed for metering precise shots of material. They are available in a multitude of sizes to fulfill nearly any requirement. Jesco LP Series dispensers are available to meter quantities as small as 1/10 cc to as large as 1 US Gallon per stroke and everything in between.
LP Series dispensers can meter material directly from 1, 2, 5 & 55 gallon containers. Various suction feed attachments, drum or pail top and bung hole mounts are available. LP units can also be gravity fed from larger tanks or totes.
A multitude of options are available for the LP Series Dispensers to customize their use for any given application. Options such as:
- Air and Electric Control Packages to control the unit and interface it with automation.
- Optional materials of construction for material compatibility (SS, Brass, Plastic).
- Optional Seal Compounds for material compatibility.
- Various Applicator Valves for remote dispensing.

Cycle-Matic Series Dispensers
The Jesco Cycle-Matic Series Dispensers are small, pneumatically powered, positive piston displacement dispensers. These single acting, adjustable output dispensers are basically comprised of an air driven metering piston with integral inlet and outlet power flow valves.
Cycle-Matic Dispensers are an ideal solution for dispensing small, repeatable volumes of material. They can dispense low viscosity liquids to high viscosity pastes and can be gravity fed or pump fed depending on the material characteristics. Cycle-Matic dispensers have been used to dispense various materials such as light bodied colorants, liquid lubricants, high viscosity grease, etc.
As can be seen from the chart below, Cycle-Matic Dispensers are available in a number of standard models with various output capacities and power ratios to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.
A multitude of options are available for the Cycle-Matic Series Dispensers to customize their use to any given application. Options such as:
- Air and Electric Control Packages to sequence the unit and / or interface it with automation.
- Optional materials of construction for material compatibility (SS, Brass, Plastic).
- Optional Seal Compounds for material compatibility.

N-2990 Series
Double Acting Dispensers
The Jesco N-2990 Series Electric Drive Double Acting dispensers were designed to dispense small amounts of low to moderately high viscosity materials. A Stepper Motor Driven Linear Actuator is used to drive 2 Lance type Positive Piston Displacement Meters. The meters are arranged in an opposed fashion such that when one meter is Dispensing, the other meter is Refilling. In this manner, the Double Acting Metering provides a nearly continuous flow of material, thus eliminating the need for Refill time.
Each positive displacement meter has its own set of power operated inlet and outlet flow valves. Both inlets are plumbed together to a common material feed system and both outlets are plumbed together to a common applicator valve. Each metering unit includes its own pressure transducer, allowing the PLC controller to monitor for proper operating conditions in each meter at all times.
These systems are designed to accurately dispense either small repeatable shots or small consistent beads of material at a constant flow rate. Both are adjustable via a thumbwheel on the operator interface. Dispensers are available in 1.8 cc, 7.2 cc and 16.3 cc per stroke displacements in order to better fit the requirements of an application. Shot sizes as small as 0.015 cc per shot can be dispensed. Flow rates as low as 0.015 cc/sec can be dispensed in bead mode.

Model 500 Series
Poly-Matic Dispensers
The Jesco Model 500 Series Poly-Matic Dispensers are a complete line of fixed ratio, single acting, positive piston displacement metering systems. All Model 500 Series Dispensers are air powered units and most include an adjustable output feature. Poly-Matic Series dispensers are relatively low cost dispensing systems typically used in manual or semi-automated dispensing applications where repeatable fixed shots of mixed material are required.
As can be seen in the chart below, the Jesco Model 500 Series Poly-Matic Dispensers encompass models that can dispense a wide range of 2 component materials. There are models available to dispense low viscosity – liquid materials up to heavy pastes with various meter capacities from small to large. Some models are available with air powered rotary dynamic mixers while others are available with various types of static mixers.

N-2400 Series
Two Component Dispensers
The N-2400 Series dispensers are Miniature Fixed Ratio, Positive Displacement, Lance type Piston Metering units. They were specifically designed to meter, mix and dispense very small shots or beads of 2 component material. These systems were also designed to be Lightweight and Compact to facilitate their mounting to small Assembly Robots as can be seen in the accompanied photo. N-2400 Series dispensers have been used to dispense shots of 2 component epoxy as small as 0.037 cc and continuous beads as small as 2 mm diameter.
The N-2400 Series dispensers are capable of dispensing low to medium viscosity pump fed 2 component fluid and paste materials. They include a small air driven metering unit that has integrated outlet and standard inlet power operated flow valves.
The maximum output per stroke and the maximum dispensing pressure of the unit will be dependent on the volumetric ratio required. At a 1:1 volumetric ratio, N-2400 Series dispensers can be configured to have a maximum output of 1 in3 per stroke and a maximum dispensing pressure of 1100 psi with 80 psi air pressure supplied.
All N-2400 Series dispensers include flush sensing pressure transducers, one for each of the 2 metering cylinders. These transducers are monitored by the dispenser PLC controller at all times for proper operating conditions.
The N-2400 Series dispensers use a static mixer to provide consistent mix of the 2 component materials dispensed. To reliably dispense small consistent shots and provide clean cut off of material from the tip, the mixer is connected to a Jesco N-2420 Module Mount Applicator valve. This applicator valve is a miniature valve that readily accepts any of the commercially available Luer Lock needle tips.
All standard N-2400 Series dispensers include a PLC control panel that monitors and controls all dispenser functions. Available with an optional Remote Operator Station as pictured above, the control panel includes a dispenser interface to the Robot or other Supervisory controller. The dispenser controller also tracts how much mixed material is dispensed over time in order to ensure that the mixed material is fresh and not expiring / hardening. It provides Time Lapse Warnings and Auto Mixed Material Purges as appropriate, all with adjustable settings to suit the functions to the specific application.
N-5130 Series
Bench Top Dispenser
The The Jesco Model N-5130 Series Bench Top Dispenser is a small, compact, two component dispenser for metering, mixing and dispensing non-corrosive, non-abrasive, level seeking materials, including epoxies, acrylics, urethanes and polysulphides. Perfect for use in labs, mold shops and prototype development.
N-5130 Key Features:
